Bi-Weekly Math Challenge

General Information
• The Math Challenge Program is FREE and NO SIGNUP is required.
• Students in all grades and abilities are encouraged to participate.
• There will be 15 challenges throughout the school year. Refer to the calendar below for release and due dates of the challenges.
• Solutions entered at the website indicated below.
• Prizes and certificates will be awarded for students who solve at least 9 challenges, with additional awarded for those who complete at least 12 of the 15.
• Email mathchallenge@benrushpta.org with any questions about the program.

How to Participate
1. Print out the current Math Challenge at home. (Available at the top right of this page https://www.mathinaction.org/ben-rush.html) (This page is still out of date but will still let you print the challenge, but please follow the instructions on this page).
2. Solve at least the minimum number of problems for your grade level. Ask for help if you need it. Discuss strategies with parents and siblings.
3. When you are ready, but no later than the due date, go to https://sites.google.com/benrushpta.org/ben-rush-math-challenge and click on the indicated link to submit your answers
